  Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.

  • Standard shipping: 1–3 business days (after processing)

• International Orders
  We do ship internationally. Please note that customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your bag. If for any reason you’re not satisfied:

• Returns

  • You may return unused, undamaged items within 30 days of delivery.

  • To start a return, email us at joannabarram75@yahoo.co.uk with your order number.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or damaged.

• Refunds
  Refunds are processed to your original payment method once we receive and inspect your return. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your bag arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at joannabarram75@yahoo.co.uk, and we’ll make it right.
